Courses approved for CE/CNE Credit in Partnership with Peachtree Professional Education, Inc. include:

• 5-Credit Hour Program: Pain Management Homestudy Workshop
  5 Credit CE/CNE Fee = $35
  
• 18-Credit Hour Program: HypnoAnesthesia in Pain Management
  (Homestudy or Live Training Versions)
  18 Credit CE/CNE Fee = $100
  
• 100-Credit Hour Program: Healthy Visions National Certification in Clinical Hypnosis Course
  100 Credit CE/CNE Fee = $100

At this time these are the only three courses offered conjointly for CE/CNE credit by Peachtree and Healthy Visions.

To receive CE/CNE Credit for either of these courses, you must:
1) Complete all of the course requirements,
2) then complete and return the printable .pdf CE Credit Request Form along with the required documentation within 45 days of completing the course,
3) and pay the CE/CNE Fee per course. This fee is in addition to course tuition and/or materials cost, and is per course, not credit hours awarded.
> No CE/CNE credit will be awarded for applications submitted after 45 days of course completion. CE Application and Fee should be mailed/faxed to PeachTree, not Healthy Visions.

• If you have questions about CE/CNE approval or acceptance for your credential, you must contact your State Regulatory/Licensing Board for verification before commencing the course. We will not be responsible for your State Board’s acceptance policies.

Individual Board Rules are subject to change.  Each local and national professional board has its own specific Rules and Regulations for Continuing Education Credit Approval and Acceptance.  The approval and acceptance information we provide is believed to be accurate at the time of printing ( 3-15-07 ).  Check with your State Regulatory Board if you have questions or concerns not clarified by the information provided below.

While we do our best to stay current with the details of multiple boards in all 50 states, you are ultimately responsible for the acceptance or denial of your license renewal credit hours.
